Many households use aluminum foil for food storage, for covering baking surfaces, and for wrapping foods such as meats as it presents moisture from seeping out while cooking. 

Aluminum also a long history of being used for preparing hot foods and frozen foods, people also tend to use aluminum foil to wrap and protect delicate foods such as vegetables when grilling them.

Alzheimer’s disease and the aluminum link are very fuzzy, some studies have highlighted this connection. Generally, if you want to limit your exposure to aluminum, it is recommended to minimize your intake of antacids and buffered aspirin. Though the relationship of Alzheimer’s disease and Aluminum intake is a myth and reports show that “Everyday sources of aluminum might pose any threat but not necessarily Alzheimer’s.
