BBQ Korean Short Ribs

Marinade for BBQ Korean Short Ribs
  • 6 pieces of short ribs, see your butcher
  • Marinade:
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup pear juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 scallions, chopped
  • 1½ teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
  • Dash of freshly ground black pepper
  1. Mix marinade ingredients, toss with ribs in a plastic bag or bowl and place in fridge overnight.
  2. Oil grill and heat BBQ to 400F.
  3. Quick sear on each side (30 seconds)
  4. Serve with a green salad and steamed rice.
