Happy Champagne Day!
This is a post I love to write and links I love to share. Champagne is such a beautiful region of France, the history and passion of the wine makers of the region is completely magically. If you are not familiar, and are a history buff or wine lover, you should be running out this weekend to pick up a few books on the region and the glorious bubbles they produce. The Widow Clicquot and Champagne: How the World’s most Glamorous Wine Triumphed Over War are two fascinating reads.
